LKNYP’s Workshop Program focuses on providing valuable learning sessions and lecture series in which attendees can expose themselves, acquire, or remaster important workplace skills.

The vision of the LKNYP Mentorship Program is to develop our members personally and professionally by providing opportunities for mentors and mentees to connect and learn from one another. We equip and raise up leaders in the local Lake Norman area.

The Lake Norman Young Professional Leadership Scholarship Program aims to promote the development of leaders and leadership skills among our members. Each year, a select few will be awarded financial support to leadership programs and conferences in our area.
